4.Operation process:

Step 1:According to the sampling requirements and for different test purposes, swabs were used for sampling.

Step 2:Place the swab after sample collection into the sample tube of the cell preservation solution.

Step 3:Break the swab at the vulnerable cutting point of the swab rod and discard the tail.

Step 4:Tighten the cover of the storage liquid tube.

Step 5:Mark information as required on the label of the storage liquid tube.

Sample storage: Freshly collected samples can be transported to the laboratory as soon as possible under the condition of normal temperature (5-30℃). The effect of ice packs is better during transportation. Samples tested within 48 hours can be stored at 2-8℃.Samples that cannot be tested within 48 hours should be stored at -70℃ or below, and the samples should be tested within a week to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
